Tamra Barney: I Don't Care What Slade Says

Yesterday, Slade Smiley spoke with E! regarding Tamra Barney's constant claims that he is a deadbeat dad saying, "she doesn't have much credibility" and "I am still very confused as to why Tamra thinks any of this is her business, and we find it very creepy she would reach out and have a conversation with someone she has never met (his ex, Michelle)." 

Naturally, Tamra Barney is firing back and expaining her relatinoship with Slade's ex, Michelle Aroyo, and of course, adding a few sprinkles of insults to the top!

"We became friends through a mutual friend," Barney told E!'s Marc Malkin. "I feel extremely sorry for her and my heart breaks for her and Grayson. Michelle is a very strong woman and went out of her way to contact me today to tell me that she was proud of me for standing up for her and Grayson and to keep my head up."

But Tamra isn't letting him get her down, "While he accused me of many false and bold lies throughout the entire season, I am not crying to the press about them because his allegations are false. The bottom line is that I don't care what Slade has to say about me. Like Gretchen, he thrives on lies and manipulation."

Slade Thinks Tamra "Has Gone Way Too Far"

On the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion part 2, Slade Smiley once again found himself having to defend himself to Tamra Barney and trying to prove, once again, that he is not a deadbeat dad. He spoke to E! News about his thoughts on the whole thing.

"I can let everything Tamra says roll off my back for the most part because she doesn't have much credibility," Smiley said. "However, when it comes to making an accusation about me and the support of my sick son in a global manner, I think that is beyond reprehensible and she has gone way too far."

During the reunion, Tamra even got Slade's ex on the phone! "I am still very confused as to why Tamra thinks any of this is her business, and we find it very creepy she would reach out and have a conversation with someone she has never met," Slade says.

Gretchen Rossi recently spoke with In Touch Magazine about what fans can expect out of the Real Housewives of Orange County season 6 two-part reunion.

“I didn’t even know I had it in me to fight like it did. It was pretty intense. You think New Jersey was crazy, you should see us at our reunion.”

Regarding her ongoing feud with Tamra Barney she said, “Tamara said some really harsh things about Slade this season and I wanted to address some of those issues. You really see the claws come out.”

Tamra Barney Fights Back Against Gretchen

Yesterday, I posted an interview that Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi did with E! News regarding the OC finale which took place last Sunday night. Today, Tamra Barney got wind of it and sent an email to Marc Malkin with her response.

"Gretchen's constantly bashing me in interviews is nothing more than a clever diversion, created so the attention is not on the three lawsuits in which she is currently involved and the problems with her [boyfriend Slade Smiley's] past-due child support," Barney wrote in the email. "She has NO knowledge of the issues I had with Jeana [Keough], yet she constantly finds reasons to talk about me in interviews, on the show and on her Bravo blogs."

"She is nothing more than obsessed with me," she wrote. "You would think with all her legal problems, she would use her time more wisely. I truly feel sorry for her and hope that she lets go of the anger she has in her heart as I did for Jeana Keough."

Gretchen Rossi Wins Partial Legal Victory

Gretchen Rossi has won a partial legal victory in her ongoing legal battle with Jay Photoglou, Radar Online is exclusively reporting.

The former couple is suing each other for libel, defamation and slander, and Rossi had also requested a protective order, most of which was granted on Friday.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the protective order prohibits Rossi or Photoglou from discussing the "sexual history of either party, either party's financial information,” plus home and cellular telephone numbers and home addresses.

Photoglou's attorney, Bryan Freedman tells Radar Online, "We were not surprised by this ruling although we feel Rossi's sexual history with Photoglou should not be subject to the protective order since she has openly told numerous third parties that the two never had sexual relations and never dated.”

The O.C. hotty wanted the judge to impose sanctions on Photoglou for having to seek the protective order, which the court denied.

“Our next move is to take Rossi's deposition within the next few weeks,” Freedman tells us.

Andy Cohen: RHOC Reunion Is 'Explosive'

The Real Housewives of Orange County finale was filled with pushing and drink-throwing and Andy Cohen says it only gets worse (or better depending how you look at it).

"Tamra was really pissed and it had gone on and on," Cohen told TVGuide.com at Monday night's Made in New York Awards. "You'll see at the reunion she was still upset and Jeana [Keough] is there too. It's a two-part reunion and it's quite explosive."

While the latter part of Sunday's episode featured the feud between former housewife Jeana and current cast member Tamra, a portion focused on Vicki filing for divorce from husband Donn. The Real Housewives of New York City's Jill Zarin says it's been hard for Vicki to watch her marriage fall apart on television.

"I spoke to Vicki today," Zarin said. "[She's feeling] pretty down. Donn's still living in the house, they're trying to settle their financial situation so it's difficult — it's been a rough time for her."

Gretchen Rossi Slams 'Malicious' Tamra Barney

While there wasn't any table-flipping, things definitely got down and dirty on Sunday's season finale of Real Housewives of Orange County when Tamra Barney threw a glass of red wine (and a cease-and-desist letter) in frenemy Jeana Keough's face for badmouthing Tamra in the press.

And while Keough may have seemed like the bad guy for trash-talking Tamra's divorce to estranged ex Simon Barney, it's Tamra who is being blasted by fellow castmate Gretchen Rossi...

"It's very strange how the woman conducts her life," Rossi told us yesterday while promoting health supplement Thermogenic Push. "Tamra threw the letter in her face. Tamra threw the drink in her face but yet, two episodes earlier Tamra was crying to Jeana saying, 'You want my kids to think it's OK to throw something at somebody just because you're mad at them?' And I'm thinking to myself, 'How hypocritical is that?'

"You don't go to a party armed with a cease-and-desist letter," she continued. "To me, that's overly dramatic. That's looking for attention. That's looking for camera time. And to throw it in somebody's face when you're an adult like that just shows your level of class and immaturity..."

Meow! Doesn't sound like Rossi and Barney will be making up for their rocky relationship any time soon.

"Tamra is not somebody that I chose to have in my life," Rossi said. "She's negative energy for me in my life. I unfortunately, have realized that she's a malicious person with evil intentions and it's just not something that I want in my life."

My Personal Thoughts On The OC Finale

Last night's episode of Real Housewives of Orange County was filled with some real drama. Alexis vs Peggy, Tamra vs Jeana, and even a little of Gretchen vs Tamra - for old times sake.

Now don't get me wrong - I love a little drama - but what happened to all of the genuine friendships? Sure, Tamra and Vicki have made up since the backstabbing of last season on Tamra's part, but is anything really "real" in Orange County any more?

One thing that seems to be is the new housewife, Peggy Tanous. She really kept me sane throughout this season. Everything I was shouting at the TV, she was saying! She's got a great personality and a hot husband. Alexis seemed out to get her from day one, but she stood her ground and rolled with the punches. Seeing her live on WWHL was great - she's really funny and I LOVE the way she handles her former friend, Alexis Bellino.

I really liked Alexis last season but this season I'm just not falling for her religious crap. I grew up in a Christian family and the attire she leaves home in was never acceptable. And getting wasted in Texas? Then, one week she says she dealt with an eating disorder and the next week she put on a skimpy oufit and said "no food is going in this body.." That sure isn't sending a great message. Last night, she called WWHL to steal the spotlight from Peggy (obviously) and ended up making a total ass out of herself on live TV so that was a highlight for me.

Oh and Tamra, what can I say? She was always a favorite of mine but I feel like the whole Jeana Keough situation was heightened for the cameras. The classy way would have been to call her and tell her to stay out of it, when she didn't serve her privately with papers, not at a friend's party - especially when that friend already has all sorts of issues she's dealing with. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt though, she just got divorced, has a new boyfriend, she must be in a transitional phase and is probably trying to figure out who she really is.

I have never been a Gretchen fan - at least not of her personality. And when I came across those disgraceful pictures of her on the internet that sealed the deal. Last night when Tamra was dealing with her issues, Gretchen had to make it about her and "this is what you did to me.. now you know how I feel.." I'm surprised she didn't get a drink thrown in HER face! But she's a great business woman so I respect her in that sense.

Last but not least, Vicki - she has stayed Vicki through all six seasons. Sure, maybe she works a little much, but she's a working woman and everybody's priorities are different. Hopefully one day she'll have it all!

Real Housewives of OC Reunion Gets Nasty

"I don't think the way this went down was treated with class or dignity," says Donn, Vicki Gunvalson's estranged husband, of the reunion show for Real Housewives of Orange County's sixth season.

Between the screaming, the tears and the eye-rolling, there's going to be plenty of insults and accusations – all of which can be seen in a just-released, minute-long trailer for the upcoming episodes.

Tamra Barney, whose troubles with her ex and a new romance have been documented on the show, seems to be at the center of the storm.

"You were sleeping with another guy while your fiancé was dying," she says to Gretchen Rossi, who was engaged to the late Jeff Beitzel.

At one point in a clip of the show, which will air starting June 12 (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo, Tamra shrieks, "Is your ass jealous of the s–– that comes out of your mouth?"

She also accuses Jeana Keough of lying and gets into an argument with Gretchen's boyfriend, Slade Smiley, who accuses her of ... uh, promiscuous behavior.

"You're the lowest form of s–– in the world," Tamra says as she storms off the set.

Gretchen Wants Judge To Muzzle Ex-Boyfriend

Gretchen Rossi of the Bravo hit television series, Real Housewives of Orange County, is asking a judge to muzzle her ex-boyfriend, Jay Photoglou from talking to the media about their ongoing legal battle, in which they are both suing each other for defamation, libel, among the claims.

Rossi is seeking a protective order which would prevent Jay from discussing or disclosing "any information obtained through pretrial discovery, including her deposition," the court docs state.

Photoglou vehemently opposes Rossi's latest legal maneuver, and his powerhouse attorney, Bryan Freedman, exclusively told Radar Online: "Rossi has filed a motion for protective order. She seeks a protective order for all discovery she produces in this matter, including her deposition. We opposed the motion on numerous grounds including the fact that, while she seeks a protective order, she is simultaneously litigating the case in public and referencing to third parties (albeit inaccurate), statements allegedly made by Photoglou in his deposition."

The request is particularly offensive to Jay because "the protective order is patently unfair as it is one-sided and seeks to limit the public from knowing Photoglou's side of the story only. Since the PO only limits discovery, it does not prevent Rossi or her camp from continuing to spread vicious lies and private and personal information about Photoglou to the public," the motion states.

Rossi was ordered to pay over $40k in attorney's fees to Jay, and his lawyer said: "Rossi has failed to pay those attorney fees per the Court's order. She has snubbed her nose at the court order. Photoglou is in the process of taking further action against her to recover those fees, although it has yet to happen."

This is the second time that Rossi has had to pay Jay's legal bills. In 2010, Rossi had to pay over 20k to Jay for expenses he incurred in connection with a restraining order that Gretchen tried to get, which was ultimately dismissed.

The hearing for the protective order is set for Thursday, June 2.

Gretchen, Victor Paul Team Up To Help Grayson

Gretchen Rossi is tired of the Slade Smiley child support news reports that are erroneous. Now Gretchen and the man who does her incredible hair, Victor Paul, are teaming up to help Slade’s son, Grayson. In recent weeks, both on Real Housewives of OC, Watch What Happens Live, and elsewhere, there have been a series of negative reports about Slade and support for his son Grayson.

Rossi tells news that there is “one person in particular” who is spreading the false reports. Who is it?

“Unfortunately the press and one person in particular have perpetuated this very difficult and frustrating situation for Slade” Gretchen tells news this week. “The press and people stating that Slade is a deadbeat father are ridiculous” Rossi adds. “Just because a man can no longer pay $4,000 a month in support due to loss of a job and financial hardship does not make him a deadbeat father.”

Gretchen leaves Bravo fans to figure out which person is saying this about Slade. But she adds “It has become apparent this story is being told only through one person’s eyes so it can benefit only them, not even taking into consideration how it is affecting Grayson’s health, recovery, and relationship with his father.”

Rossi, however, has her own plan.

In recent episodes, Slade has debuted on the telecast his love of painting. Now Gretchen tells news that she has encouraged Slade to put his paintings to get use. In a statement to fans and news this week, Gretchen reveals she has teamed up with the Victor Paul Salon, often featured on Housewives, to help assist Grayson.

“With that said the Victor Paul Salon and I have decided to put together a charity event in honor of Grayson and help raise money to continue to get this little guy the attention and care he needs.” Rossi tells news that the charity event (click here for details) will feature Slade selling his paintings to help for Grayson’s care.

Slade Smiley Still Jobless And $130k In Debt

Even though he's squawking about having found a job, Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi's boyfriend has yet to find employment and pay his bills, including child support for his cancer-stricken son.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Rossi's man Slade Smiley owes a whopping $138,857.64 in unpaid child support.

Grayson, his child with an ex-galpal, has brain cancer and medical bills are piling up.

But despite Slade telling his concerned mom on Sunday's show that he's working, he yet has to fulfill a judge's order that he find steady work!

Rossi took to the web this morning to defend her man.

"I see Slade everyday working hard to try and find a good paying job so he can once again meet his obligations and continue to pay for Grayson's medical expenses," Rossi wrote on her blog.

"He submits resumes consistently to companies and has worked with head hunters, etc. Just because a man can no longer pay $4,000 a month in support due to loss of a job and financial hardship does not make him a deadbeat father."

According to the court documents, Smiley claims that his monthly income in 2010 was $416 a month, and in 2009 had no income. Smiley is seeking to have his monthly child support payments to Arroyo reduced from $3500 because he no longer earns the big bucks working in real estate.

"It appears he is currently living with his girlfriend," the court papers read. "The evidence shows that . . . in 2010 he earned $5,000 for participation in another television program. (Smiley) testified regarding his various unsuccessful efforts to find work in the title insurance/real estate industry. He also testified regarding his various Facebook and Twitter entries showing his attendance at various public and social events. He essentially describes these activities as networking with the purpose of securing employment in the entertainment field."

The judge ordered Smiley "to expand his efforts beyond entertainment and title insurance/real estate, and to document his efforts by keeping a detailed log." He's also mandated to contact at least five potential employers every two weeks.

On Sunday's show, Slade also told his mom that he was a consultant for Rossi's handbag and make-up products. Gretchen's version of the consulting: Smiley curled her hair for a television appearance.

Court documents also show that son Grayson's medical bills not covered by insurance now exceed $1 million.

Smiley didn't return a call for comment.
